Shipping and Returns
Shipping & Handling
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via email. All products will be shipped within 3-5 working days from confirmation of payment. We aim to deliver within 5 working days of the order being placed (subject to cleared funds).
All products are available for local click & collect service. This service is only available for collection from our Saundersfoot shop every Wednesday. You will be contacted via email to confirm a collection time slot. Please follow local lockdown restrictions in order to collect your products.
All framed photographs will be sent via courier & will include insurance for damage. Deliveries will be made to business and home addresses that have a full UK postcode. All goods must be signed for on delivery. If delivery is attempted and not successful you should receive a card informing you of how to accept the parcel. If you have not received the parcel with 3 working days of your order, please let us know and we will track it for you.
All mounted prints will be sent First Class via Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery.
Goods must be checked upon delivery. To investigate a claim for damaged goods you must inform us in writing (letter or Email) within 1 day of receipt. Photos of the damage sustained during delivery (product and packaging) is required for any claim. Any damaged goods must be returned to Christkindl. Replacement goods or credit note will be issued within 7 working days (subject to product availability).
To return goods due to customer decision, for example, if you are unhappy with your choice or want an exchange, you need to inform us of your decision in writing (letter or email) within 1 day of receipt of goods. Goods need to be returned to Christkindl within 7 days of receipt (*see exceptions). The goods must be returned at your expense, via your chosen courier/postal service. Refunds will not be issued. A credit note or exchange will be offered providing the goods are returned within the 7 day requirement and are received undamaged and in the original packaging.
* Toiletries, Jewellery and Clothing
- Toiletries - including bottled goods - cannot be returned.
- Clothing must be returned in its original condition - unused and with full tags. Underwear cannot be returned to store.
- Earrings cannot be returned to store.
